These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our site: www.lesamandiers.co.uk.

The company reserves the right to adapt or change at any time these general conditions of sale.

All modifications will be applied to each order according to the conditions in force at the date of the order.

AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCT DETAILS

Any order signed by the consumer by the "double click" is an irrevocable acceptance that cannot be challenged within the limits set out in these general conditions of sale. The "double click" associated with the procedure for authentication and non-repudiation and protection of the integrity of messages is an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.

For any purchase with a view to export, you should check the specific laws of the country concerned, whether for taxes, declarations, prohibitions, etc.

We are not held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.

It is your responsibility to check with local authorities for the possibility of importing or using products or services.

Information required when ordering:

You must verify the completeness and compliance of the information that you provide to us when ordering, particularly concerning the delivery address.

We are not held responsible for possible errors and consequences arising from it (for example delays or errors in deliveries).

In this context, the costs incurred for the return of the order are yours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Les Amandiers may use the customer email for sending information on the status of the order.

The customer is responsible for the email or postal address provided and Les Amandiers cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of goods or emails.

Les Amandiers cannot be held responsible for the breach of contract, due to the occurrence of an event of external forces and particularly in the event of total or partial strike of postal services, transport or natural disasters caused by floods or fires.

The selection and purchase of a product or service are placed under the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial inability to use the products will not give rise to any compensation or reimbursement nor will the responsibility of Les Amandiers be invoked, except in the case of defect, non-compliance or for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process. If the address is incomplete or erroneous, charges to return the products remain the responsibility of the customer.

It is necessary to verify the status of products upon delivery in the presence of the delivery man/woman (in case of breakage). If a customer accepts a package, it will not be possible to return it to the post office in the future. Les Amandiers is not responsible for breakage caused during shipment.

If a package is delivered damaged, the Post Office should be contacted for all claims.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Procedure and general conditions of return

We only accept returns from the person who bought the item. You have fourteen (14) working days from the day after you receive the goods to return the product.

With the aim of identifying and therefore processing returns in an optimal manner, any product that must be returned requires a return authorization from our services. The time allotted to you to contact your customer service depends on the reason for return. The request for return authorization must be made through our customer service by the person who bought the item via email.

You have fourteen (14) working days from the day after you receive the goods to return the product. After this deadline, your return will be refused. Please note that any package not shipped by our care is not under our responsibility. Only the sender of the parcel is able to launch a postal service search.

Note: On receipt, our services will verify the compliance of the product returned and the reason for return. If the product is not returned compliant, it will be rejected by our services and will be returned at your expense. If your return is not in good faith, your product may be refused and therefore may be returned at your expense. The reason for return may be reclassified. Therefore, you will be informed by e-mail and processing of your return will be based on the new grounds.

The cost of return remains the responsibility of the customer. We will refund return postage costs only if the product is returned to us in good condition.

Returns for error of reference

Terms of return

You have 14 working days to report that the product received was not the product ordered: error reference, a problem of size, colour, features, or a completely different product.

The product must be returned in good condition.

Processing your return for errors of reference

Following receipt and acceptance of your package by our services, depending on the nature of the product, stocks available and according to your wishes, we will suggest returning the product initially ordered or exchanging it for a product with the equivalent characteristics.

Otherwise, payment will be credited to your account within 48 hours after receipt of your package.

The cost of return remains the responsibility of the customer. We will refund return postage costs only if the product is returned to us in good condition.

Return for withdrawal

Terms of return

You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition. A refund (excluding postage and packing) will be credited to your account within 48 hours after receipt of your package. It corresponds to the amount of products (excluding postage).

ATTENTION: No withdrawal will be accepted if the product is not returned in its original packaging. Therefore, the product must be returned in perfect condition, unopened, not unsealed, undamaged, unmarked.

Otherwise, the product will be returned back to you at your expense. Specific conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal on certain product categories mean the following can only be returned if they are faulty:

Placing an order

Whether you have placed an order online Les Amandiers will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If there are any problems with the order we will advise you as soon as possible.

If you change your mind after placing an order, we will do our very best to cancel or change it for you. Please note this will not be possible if the order has already been despatched.

Les Amandiers welcomes orders by telephone. Please contact our customer care team on 01761 416920. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm and Weekends 10am until 5pm.

European and international

For orders to be delivered to European, you can place the order online or by telephone on 01761 416920.

Methods of payment

We take all major credit cards: Mastercard/Visa/Switch/Visa Debit. We also accept payment by cheque; however goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please allow five working days for any cheque to clear. Cheque should be made payable to Les Amandiers Ltd.

Shipping and Delivery

All our goods are delivered depending on size/weight either by Royal Mail or by courier and despatched Monday to Friday. Dispatches within the UK will normally be made within three (3) to five (5) working days. We will notify you if there is to be a delay.

UK delivery: We charge £5.99 for standard delivery (5 - 7 working days) and £8.99 for next day delivery (order placed before 11am)

If ordering from outside UK: These orders are subject to different delivery charges from the UK, and we will email you to advise you of the delivery cost.

Personalised Orders: Personalised orders can take up to 21 working days, as they are made to order and to your specifications.
